Edward Geise - Partner

Mr. Geise has over twenty-five years experience in business having held senior management positions with major corporations in addition to a Partnership at Bedminster Group, as well as with entrepreneurial endeavors. Mr. Geise has been involved with strategic operations in a broad range of business fields. He is an investor and was Senior Vice President at Timecruiser, an Internet start-up in the education market. He was the President and Co-Founder of Entersoft Systems Corporation. Prior to that, Edward was responsible for directing the sales activity at Information Management Company, as Vice President of Sales for the company that grew to a commanding market share in the open transactional messaging marketplace. Mr. Geise was VP of sales and Marketing for IMNET Inc., a start-up company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of computer imaging equipment. Edward has held strategic positions with Cap Gemini America, a leading international computer software consulting firm and several computer hardware manufacturers.
Mr. Geise holds a MBA degree in Marketing from University of Northern Illinois and a BA degree in economics from Yankton College.
Robert Gardner - Partner
Mr. Gardner, is a senior executive with extensive operating and en trepreneurialexperience. Bob is founder and Partner of the Bedminster Group, a small business consulting and mentoring company which has been operating since 1992. Bob was an investor in, and Chief Operating Officer of internet company Timecruiser Computing Corporation (TCC) where he help build the Company to a leading position in the ASP market. Prior to TCC, Mr. Gardner was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Entersoft Systems Corporation, a successful technology company in the middleware arena which was acquired by BEA Systems, Inc. in 1998. Bob was President of IMC, a technology software company; President and CEO of IMNET, Incorporated, a company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of computer imaging equipment; President of Enmasse Computer Corporation; and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Auragen Systems Corporation. These companies were engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of high availability computer systems for banking, communication and defense. Mr. Gardner was also Regional Vice President for Prime Computer, Inc. where he managed the largest and most profitable group within the company. Bob held sales and marketing management positions with Ultimate Corporation and Honeywell. Bob began his computer career with General Electric after serving in the US Army. Bob holds BS and MBA Degrees in Management/Data Processing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
